The Sound of "Om"
Everyday at the end of my yoga session, I sit down with my eyes closed and chant the beautiful sound of OM and while doing so, I see colors flowing inside my body and enveloping me in a gentle embrace. That feeling of peace and happiness is what I have tried to depict in this painting. If you look closely, you will see the hindi alphabet of Om appearing in the colors.
